I recently ordered a coat from your company for my rather old dog who had had a major operation, I was most impressed by how easy your web site instructions for sizing, style etc were and to my amazement it arrived before his stitches had come out. The coat is of really good quality and fits a dream. Thank you for making a difficult time easier for an old hound in a cold winter.
