Delivery
All UK orders qualify for free delivery and we send everything using Royal Mail 24, so your coats should reach you quickly!
We do also post to anywhere in the world, delivery cost is calculated automatically at check out.
Returns Policy
Returns will be accepted as long as they are in as new condition (i.e. unwashed, unworn etc). You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of us receiving your package, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
If you would like to try a different size, please order whichever size you need in the usual way.
Don’t forget to include the original packing slip with the return, or if you don’t have this please include a note confirming your full details, so that we can easily identify the sender.
We do not cover return postage costs. We recommend sending your return standard post - just keep your receipt as proof of postage.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
