Our Short-Leg Waterproof Dog Trouser Suit is designed for dogs that need more protection from rain and mud but have shorter legs than our standard full-length trouser suit is designed for.
It provides extensive coverage across the body, underside and legs, helping to keep your dog cleaner and drier on wet grass, muddy paths and winter walks. The shorter leg length makes it a practical choice for smaller or shorter-legged breeds, while still giving much more coverage than a standard dog coat.
Made from high-quality PU-coated waterproof fabric, the coat has four legs with elasticated cuffs to help reduce the amount of rain, mud and road spray reaching your dog’s coat.
It is easy to put on: simply place your dog’s legs into the suit and fasten the metal YKK zip along the back. The design gives useful underbelly and leg protection while still allowing comfortable movement.
Each Short-Leg Trouser Suit is handmade by us in Lancashire using durable materials and is available in sizes from 14 to 20 inches.

We recommend allowing approx 2" for breathing/wiggle room on top of your dog's chest measurement for a comfortable fit. For example, if your dog measures 16" along the back, and approx 21" around the chest, we would suggest trying a 16" coat for size.

Who is the Short-Leg Trouser Suit for?
This version is designed for dogs that benefit from full-body and underbelly protection but need a shorter inside leg. It can be particularly useful for breeds and individual dogs with shorter legs, helping to avoid excess fabric around the paws while still providing excellent coverage.
Short-Leg or Standard Trouser Suit?
Choose the Short-Leg Trouser Suit if your dog needs a shorter leg length or if you prefer slightly less leg coverage. For dogs with longer legs, our standard Trouser Suit provides greater coverage down each leg.
